It has been a very busy few months in the 1st Arbutus scouting family and bam – here it is almost December! Here are some quick notes to be aware of:
*Popcorn orders. If you ordered popcorn you will already know delivery of our groups’ order has been delayed. we hope to have this rectified very soon. watch your email for details.
*Esquimalt living Christmas tree… We are delighted to have been one of the groups chosen to decorate a living tree to decorate the halls of the rec centre. The yputh have been creating ornaments in their sections and the leaders will be decorating the final result December 5. There is a people’s choice award so bring your friends and family to vote for your favourite tree!
*1st Arbutus family winter potluck will be Friday December 11 t the Archie Browning Centr in the crowsnest. More details to follow. I hear there may be a special visitor.
*The scouts will be selling Christmas trees at the Canadian Tire in View Royal in support of Camp Barnard. The 1st Arbutus gang will be there Tuesday Dcember 13 from 4-8.
